If you wish to schedule your treatment appointment ahead of time, a $100 deposit is required to reserve the slot.
This amount will be applied toward your treatment fee if the doctor approves the procedure after consultation.
The deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 2 business days in advance.
However, cancellations made within 2 business days will not be eligible for a refund.
